Everything from desks to meeting rooms is bookable and doing so will ensure that you never arrive with nowhere to sit. Sync with your Outlook calendar to track your bookings, get reminded to book. Use the app to gauge how busy the office is when you plan to arrive.
We aim to make the office a comfortable, productive and social space. We want to protect the relaxed and collaborative atmosphere whilst supporting you to plan your time effectively between client offices, home and Alpha. You can book and check availability up to 3 days in advance to make sure you have space available when you need it.
